Holiday Give

There are so many opportunities to give a little something back this holiday season. Where will you get involved?

  • CityTeam Oakland Turkey Drive – City Team provides several hundred turkeys for Thanksgiving to those most in need. This year we are looking to top last years donation and hit  $2300.00 towards CityTeams Thanksgiving turkeys by Nov 22nd. Your gift of $20 will provide a turkey for the homeless this Thanksgiving. Click the “GIVE” button in the top right corner of our website and select “other” in the dropdown and then leave a note that says “Turkey Drive”.

  • Virtual Angel Tree – Prison fellowship connects children with their incarcerated parents. With just a few clicks, you can show a prisoner’s child the love of Jesus—the greatest Gift of all. This year we have 80 children to support, many of them living outside of our area. Would you consider being the hands and feet of Jesus and purchasing a $25 gift card (online) for a family in need this year? (Click Here To Purchase a Gift Card and enter access code: 5NYCY) Last date to sponsor a child is 12/12.

  • Refuge Christmas Celebration – Over ten years ago, Refuge Food Pantry was created. As a result of the pandemic, this ministry has grown and is now serving hundreds of families each week in the Monument Community. On Dec 18th we have an opportunity to partner with them at this special Christmas event. There are a couple of ways you can support this celebration:

      1. Purchase a gift for a child. Click here to visit our CCC Amazon wish list.  We have set of goal of 75 toys that have already been pre-selected. Last date to order is 12/10. Select the “CCC Missions” gift registry address when choosing a shipping location. (Please consider making your purchase at Amazon Smile and setting Clayton Community Church as your charity.)

      2. Volunteer to help with set-up and take-down, or assisting at the various stations that will be set up (arts & crafts, toy shop, distribution of household goods, coats, hygiene kits, etc).  If you are interested in volunteering or have questions regarding this event, please email
